Archive of Links Recommended in “Caught on the Web”
(2000- )

When I recommend sites in the column I attempt to keep the addresses as short as possible to make it easier to enter correctly. I’ll then include directions to specific pages within a site. That way you get a tour of the site as well! This online list will contain the link as printed in Education Digest as well as the more specific (and longer) link if necessary. In some cases I’ve added bonus sites that I’ve come across since the column was published. For full descriptions of these sites please refer to the magazine issues noted.

The sites below provide innovative ways to incorporate art as well as provide resources for additional works. Due to the nature of art, some of these sites include images that could be considered inappropriate for students. I recommend you bookmark the site and then select and save images in a folder on your computer.
